Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Nafisa Haj & Umrah Travels. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and travel services available through:

By booking any Hajj, Umrah, or related travel package with Nafisa Haj & Umrah Travels, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. About Us

Nafisa Haj & Umrah Travels is a pilgrimage travel service provider offering Hajj, Umrah, visa assistance, accommodation, transportation, flight booking, and related travel services for pilgrims traveling to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. Booking & Registration

To reserve a seat in any Hajj or Umrah package, pilgrims are required to submit the necessary documents and pay the prescribed booking amount.

Booking Amount

A minimum booking amount of ₹10,000/- per pilgrim is required to confirm registration.

The booking amount allows us to initiate visa processing, travel planning, accommodation reservations, and airline coordination.

3. Refund Policy for Booking Amount

The booking amount of ₹10,000/- shall be fully refundable under the following circumstances:

  • Visa application is rejected or not approved.

  • Flight ticket cannot be issued or confirmed.

  • Travel arrangements cannot be processed due to circumstances beyond the pilgrim’s control.

Refunds will be processed within a reasonable period after verification of the applicable circumstances.

4. Visa & Flight Ticket Charges

Once a visa has been successfully issued and flight tickets have been confirmed or issued by the relevant authorities, airlines, or travel partners, the associated costs become non-refundable.

Important Notice

If the Visa and Flight Ticket have been processed and confirmed, no refund shall be provided for:

  • Visa Charges

  • Flight Ticket Charges

  • Government Fees

  • Airline Charges

  • Processing Charges

These costs are incurred immediately upon confirmation and are subject to the policies of the respective authorities and service providers.

5. Cancellation After Visa & Flight Confirmation

If a pilgrim chooses to cancel the journey after:

  • Visa approval,

  • Flight ticket confirmation,

  • Accommodation booking confirmation,

then the following refund policy shall apply:

Refundable Components

The pilgrim may be eligible to receive a refund only for:

  • Accommodation Charges (subject to hotel cancellation policies)

  • Meal Charges (if not utilized)

Non-Refundable Components

The following charges shall remain non-refundable:

  • Visa Charges

  • Flight Ticket Charges

  • Government Fees

  • Airline Charges

  • Administrative & Processing Fees

  • Transportation Reservations already confirmed

The refundable amount, if any, shall be calculated after deducting applicable supplier cancellation charges.

6. Package Prices

Package prices are subject to change based on:

  • Airline fare revisions

  • Visa regulations

  • Hotel availability

  • Currency exchange fluctuations

  • Government policies

Any revisions will be communicated to the pilgrim before final confirmation.

7. Travel Documents

Pilgrims are responsible for providing:

  • Valid Passport

  • Passport-size Photographs

  • Identity Documents

  • Vaccination Certificates (if required)

  • Any other documentation requested by authorities

Nafisa Haj & Umrah Travels shall not be responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect documentation.

8. Travel Schedule & Changes

Flight schedules, hotel allocations, transportation arrangements, and pilgrimage itineraries may be modified due to:

  • Airline operational changes

  • Government regulations

  • Saudi Authority requirements

  • Weather conditions

  • Unforeseen circumstances

The company reserves the right to make necessary adjustments while ensuring equivalent services whenever possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nafisa Haj & Umrah Travels acts as an intermediary between pilgrims and third-party service providers including airlines, hotels, transportation companies, and visa authorities.

We shall not be liable for:

  • Flight delays or cancellations

  • Visa rejections by authorities

  • Loss of baggage

  • Natural disasters

  • Political disturbances

  • Acts of God

  • Any circumstances beyond our reasonable control

10. Pilgrim Responsibilities

Pilgrims are expected to:

  • Follow Saudi Arabian laws and regulations.

  • Respect religious customs and local traditions.

  • Maintain proper conduct throughout the pilgrimage.

  • Follow instructions provided by group leaders and guides.

Failure to comply may result in removal from group activities without refund.

11. Website Usage

  • Submit false information.
